The Problem
A confusing experience kept the brand from building trust.
The previous site lacked personality and presented product details in a confusing way, which led to high bounce rates and low conversions. The redesign aimed to create an experience that built trust through clearer information, social proof, and a stronger sense of community.

The Brand
To strengthen brand recognition, the new website followed consistent guidelines across tone of voice, color system, and design elements.
Bali Bikes Island brings the spirit of freedom and island living into its brand identity. The logo blends three elements—a key, a tree, and a wave—to symbolize adventure, nature, and the joy of discovery. The key represents every rider’s gateway to exploration, the tree reflects Bali’s lush landscape and rooted culture, and the wave captures the island’s flow and sense of freedom. The color palette combines deep spring green with earthy tones and soft sand shades, creating a balance between freshness, warmth, and approachability. Together, these elements shape a brand that feels welcoming, playful, and easy to connect with—just like exploring Bali on two wheels.

The Solution
The redesign focused on creating distinct landing pages, each with a tailored purpose.
Easy Rider welcomed first-timers with affordable bikes and social proof, while Island Rider offered curated routes alongside the main booking option. Power Premium served digital nomads with added benefits like insurance, fast delivery, and maintenance support, and Membership built loyalty through subscriptions, early access, and community perks.
Product details were simplified to show only the most important fields—live availability, duration, pricing, and pickup/drop-off areas—making it easier for users to compare and reserve motorcycles. A comparison feature allowed riders to evaluate options within the same category. Optional add-ons and contact forms, previously scattered within product details, were moved to checkout to streamline decision-making.

The Impact
The redesigned website now feels modern, distinct, and true to the brand.
It helps users quickly understand product options and make a reservation without unnecessary steps. The new structure also improves the way Bali Bikes Island communicates its values, making the overall journey smoother while reinforcing trust through community and carbon offset contributions.
