Cyberindo Aditama’s CBN Education Program seeks to extend outreach to schools and universities across Indonesia, but its current manual event registration process leads to mismatched or missing registrant data, scattered across platforms like Eventbrite, Instagram, and other social media. They need a centralized platform to streamline event registration and management.
The Solution
Comprehensive Event Management CMS: A tailored CMS for event managers integrates essential features like creating and editing events, adding agendas, assigning speakers, incorporating sponsors, and viewing participants, providing a robust desktop toolset for efficient event coordination.
Seamless Participant Experience: Participants can access detailed event information, view agendas, fill out surveys, explore exhibitors, join polls, connect with attendees, and retrieve keynote presentations or shared files, all within a single, cohesive mobile app platform.
Digital Networking Solution: Upon registration, participants’ public profiles are converted into digital business cards, enabling easy contact exchange via app-based scanning, eliminating the need for physical cards and enhancing professional networking.
