User testing

Conducted user testing with the assistance of one UX research intern to validate if the new design effectively addressed user pain points and met user expectations.

A/B Testing

Tested two material specification display options, one with labels only and the other featuring images for each material type, aiming to identify which format better supports user understanding and decision-making.

20-day A/B test monitored comparing cart items and revenue, tracking abandoned, paid, and unpaid variables. Results showed Variant A drove more orders, confirming the product knowledge section at the bottom was sufficient.

Usability Testing

I conducted a usability test using Maze, involving five participants to assess the success of our design changes. The results were positive, with users quickly understanding how to create products and recognizing the site's value. All tasks showed significant improvement, with a 90% success rate in completing checkout.

Big success: unveiling impact

Launched in November 2020, the redesign and branding refresh initiative proved successful, helping the company become a key revenue source during COVID-19 in 2021 when dine-in restrictions significantly impacted businesses' demand for offline advertising prints.
