I developed the mobile app and CMS for event registration and management, incorporating stakeholder analysis, user research, and assessing user acceptance testing.

We conducted a survey study with 56 participants to understand how users search for events, evaluate their opinions on current event-searching apps, and identify user habits related to technology.

However, 71% of them find it difficult to obtain event information. They typically search for event details through social media, web searches, emails, word-of-mouth from friends and family, and various forms of advertising such as banners and posters.

I conducted tests with three individuals from different divisions to gain better perspectives. I began by planning the testing scenarios, including success criteria, steps, and expected results for each feature.

The results showed a 98% success rate, indicating a high level of design robustness.
